The company is registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) of Bobigny under No. 530 944 339, and the customer defined below is the signatory individual or entity agreeing to these terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions apply exclusively to all sales by the company Galerie Galuchat – GalerieGaluchat.com made on the company's behalf or on behalf of its principals. The customer acknowledges his or her legal capacity to undertake the conditions set forth hereinafter; namely, that he or she has the requisite legal age and is not under any form of legal guardianship. The customer consents to these terms and conditions before placing the order.

This website can be accessed 24/7 except during periods of maintenance or repair or due to force majeure, in which case it may be shut down temporarily.

These terms and conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by the company Galerie Galuchat – GalerieGaluchat.com, and such modifications shall apply to all subsequent orders.

Section 2: Ordering

No sales shall be considered effective until full payment has been received.
The ordering and order confirmation process consists of several steps:
- Order confirmation
- Online payment (credit card number, security code, expiration date)
authenticated by your bank.

Galerie Galuchat - GalerieGaluchat.com reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer should that customer be involved in a payment dispute relating to a prior order. Any order implies acceptance of the price and description of the products available for sale.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided during the ordering process. Galerie Galuchat - GalerieGaluchat.com shall not be held liable for non-delivery of the product due to errors in the name and address provided.

Section 3: Availability of items

Sale of our products is subject to the availability of inventory.

If, despite our best efforts, a product should prove unavailable once you have placed your order, we will notify you by email or letter as quickly as possible. In that unlikely event, you can either cancel or change your order by sending an email to contact@galeriegaluchat.com.

Section 4: Price

Prices of our products are given in euros, with all taxes included first and the price net of tax below. These are the prices applicable when the customer confirms the order. Our products and prices are valid as displayed on the website, subject to availability, until such time as they may be removed. However, prices cannot be modified once an order has been placed.
Galerie Galuchat - GalerieGaluchat.com reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be billed at the price in effect when the order is booked and are subject to availability.

Section 5: Payment

All orders shall be paid for in euros. To place an order, the customer must make payment in full. The amount paid shall in no event be considered a down payment or deposit. Only VISA and MASTERCARD Debit/Credit cards issued in France or part of an international network certified by GIE Cartes Bancaires shall be accepted.

Article 6 : Rétractation, échange ou remboursement

Should you not be satisfied with an item, simply mail it back to us (return postage payable by you) within 8 days after reception of the package to:

The item must be new and unused. Please return it in its original packaging along with a copy of the delivery slip or the invoice, specifying your reasons. Remember to specify as well whether you are requesting an exchange or a return.
Orders of customized products bearing initials cannot be cancelled, nor can such items be exchanged or returned.
Pursuant to article L.121-20-2 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made according to customer specifications or clearly customized. Consequently, the right of withdrawal to which consumers are entitled under article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code cannot be exercised with respect to a customized product.

In the event of an error attributable to us, we will reimburse the return postage to you on request. If you requested an exchange for a similar item, you will billed for the shipping costs.

Section 7: Personal data

The personal data you provide while using the website will be saved and utilized in complete compliance with our Privacy Policy.
When placing your order, you understand and agree that we have the right to save and process your personal data. We fully respect the privacy of persons who view and use this website.

By entering information on the website, you certify that you have used your true identity and provided information that was accurate, truthful, up-to-date and complete at that time.
Should you find that the information you entered is in any way incorrect or no longer valid, you must correct it. Should you fail to do so, we cannot be held liable for the consequences.

Section 8: Warranty

Your purchase is covered by the following warranty:
• Legal warranty of compliance (articles L. 211-4 and following of the French Consumer Code).

Should you receive a non-compliant product, kindly use the email template available on the GalerieGaluchat.com website to contact us at your earliest possible convenience. It is important to return any non-compliant product as soon as possible. We will send you a replacement at the first available opportunity. In the event that we are unable to exchange a non-compliant product within 30 days, you may request full refund of the product.
• Legal warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

Provided you submit evidence of a product's hidden defect, we are legally bound to repair all the consequences of said defect (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In the event of exchange or refund of the product, we will pay for the cost you incurred to return the product.

Galerie Galuchat and the pictogram are registered trademarks at the National Institute for Industrial Property (INPI).
Any clause issued by the buyer without the seller's prior written consent that may be in contradiction with these terms and conditions or with the specific purchase terms shall be considered null and void.

Any dispute that may arise in the performance of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Bobigny (93000 France).
